Cypress Gulf was founded in 2004 by Jim Glover and Pate Clements and has grown to be one of the most reputable full service civil site contractors in Tampa & Central Florida.  Our headquarters is in Tampa, FL where we service Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas and Sarasota Counties.  Our Orlando office services Volusia, Orange, Seminole, Brevard, Flagler, Lake, and Osceola Counties.

What We do

Cypress Gulf is a full service site development company offering all facets of site work, land clearing, earthwork, underground utilities, base paving curb, and environmental development.  CGDC has experience in working on both small and large, multifamily, residential, commercial, and industrial projects, having completed project in excess of 250 acres and projects with over 500,000 c.y. of cut/-fill. 

At Cypress Gulf our goal is to assist our clients in a team approach that maximizes the best chance for a successful project. We are the "go to" subcontractor providing all site development in house enabling us to meet high demand schedules.
