Our Active Involvement
Each employee is required to participate in safety training upon hire. We provide a company wide compliance and safety policy to all employees to reduce accidents and injuries in our work environment. Each employee is responsible for making this a safe place to work by reporting hazards and practicing prevention.
We have the resources to keep safety on everyone's mind. In addition to having a full time safety manager, competent persons training and weekly toolbox talks, our internal website puts safety information, tools, and resources with in quick reach of every employee.
We do this because it is good business sense, its good for our employees, and because it is the right thing to do.

We comply with the United States Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (OSHA) as well as all relevant state, local and federal laws and regulations. We believe this commitment to safety is shown in our extra ordinary safety record as evidence in these statistics for civil site work:
